In this final project, students are required to collect real-life examples of linguistic phenomena found in daily communication. The examples may include photos of public signs, screenshots of chats, song lyrics, news articles, or other authentic language data. Each example should be classified according to major branches of linguistics, such as phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, and explained briefly in 1–2 paragraphs.
The collected examples and analyses should be compiled into an online digital flipbook (using platforms such as Canva, FlipHTML5, Issuu, or Book Creator). This project aims to help students:
identify and analyze linguistic features in real contexts,
apply basic linguistic concepts to everyday communication, and
Develop creativity and digital literacy skills.
